Grey Arrow Farm

After hearing about this CSA from a friend who took part last year, I decided to sign up for this summer's CSA. I am so glad that I did! It was wonderful to have fresh, local vegetables each week to enjoy. And I liked that we got some vegetables which I would have never thought to buy or try before. I also really loved receiving the email each week with recipes, storage tips and more. Thank you for a great season!

I had the pleasure of visiting this farm and working alongside Denis and his family for a day. Denis gave me a tour of the farm, and I had a great time harvesting with him and his kids. We had some wonderful conversations, where I learned so much—Not just about farming and their business, but also sharing valuable life lessons. The farm itself is absolutely beautiful, and Denis is not only a skilled farmer but also an amazing teacher and a truly wonderful person. Thank you, Denis, for welcoming me into your farm!

I cannot brag enough about our CSA experience with Grey Arrow Farm! The vegetables are delicious and they make pickup very easy. We have also had a wonderful time with an additional beef share! We will absolutely participate again next year.

We LOVE our Grey Arrow Farms weekly subscription! The vegetables are always fresh, clean with such great quality and taste! The fabulous veggies have inspired me to do more healthy cooking this summer. :)

This is our families second year being CSA members with farm hours. We love the variety of vegetables that come each week. It definitely keeps us eating well and also gives us a chance to try new vegetables. Our kids enjoy coming out to the farm to help with the farm hours and it's great to give them a small glimpse of farm life. Grey Arrow does a great job sharing extras like info and recipes on their Instagram feed, along with beautiful photos!

Participating in Grey Arrow Farm's farmshare is one of the best things I do every summer. Good for the body, good for the planet. I'm always excited to discover what fresh organic veggies are in each new weekly bin and often have extra to preserve or share with loved ones. The quality, variety and amount of produce is beyond my expectations. Participating in their volunteer option to reduce my cost was a delight. It was fun and enlightening to spend a few hours with truly fine folk on their gorgeous farm, get my hands dirty, learn about their sustainable growing practices, and feel connected to where my food comes from. Makes me happy to support their vision.

Grey Arrow Farm provides the avenue for many of my favourite Summer and Fall experiences from Saskatoon berry picking, to working alongside these farmers during CSA garden times, to the surprise box of goodies each week when I go to pick up my veggies from their CSA. I love talking with Andrea when I pick up my veggies, she is kind and helpful and has introduced me to many new veggies that have become favourites.

We have been members of Grey Arrow CSA for 2 years. This year we were supposed to not be in town and so did not join.. and then COVID changed the travel plans ! We missed the wonderful veggies from Grey Arrow. We have also visited the farm on occasions for different workshops. The warmth and hospitality from Andrea, Denis and the kids is so wonderful and homey ! There is no doubt that will be back for the CSA membership next year if we are in town.
